These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator(s) that provide real-money gambling services accessible via the Spin Palace Casino pages on spinpalace-win.ca, and your use of this website as an information and access portal. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Website" means spinpalace-win.ca, including the Spin Palace Casino pages, content, and related services.
- "Operator" means, as applicable:
- Cadtree Limited, licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and operating via spincasino.ca for residents of Ontario; and/or
- Bayton Ltd, licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA/B2C/145/2007) and operating via spincasino.com for residents of the rest of Canada.
- "User" / "you" / "your" means any natural person accessing the Website or registering for, or using, the gambling services of an Operator.
- "Player" means a User who has successfully registered an account with an Operator and places real-money or bonus wagers.
- "Account" means a personal, single-user gambling account opened with an Operator.

Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Legal age: You may only open an Account and use gambling services if you:
- are at least 18 years old; and
- are at least the minimum legal gambling age in your province or territory (for example, 19+ in Ontario and most Canadian provinces).
Account Creation Process
- Single account: You may hold only one Account per Operator. Creating multiple Accounts may lead to closure of all such Accounts and forfeiture of Bonuses and, in cases of fraud, winnings.
- Registration data: When registering on the applicable official site, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:
- full legal name;
- date of birth;
- residential address in Canada;
- email address and, where requested, phone number; and

Placing Bets

- Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered accepted once it is recorded on the Operator's servers and appears in your transaction or Game history. If a Bet is not confirmed due to technical issues, it shall be deemed not placed.
Modification and Cancellation
- No cancellation after start: After you have confirmed a Bet and the Game round has started, you cannot cancel or modify the Bet, except where the Game rules specifically permit it.
- Operator corrections: The Operator may void or adjust Bets in the following circumstances:

Rules of Conduct and Chat
- Fair play: You must not:

- collude with other Players or share confidential Game data to manipulate outcomes.
- Live casino and chat behaviour: Where live-dealer Games or chat functions are offered, you must:
- refrain from insults, harassment, hate speech, threats or obscene content;
- not promote illegal activities, other gambling sites, or third-party products;
- respect dealers, other Players and support staff at all times.

Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation
- Offer-specific conditions: Bonuses are subject to the specific terms shown in the relevant promotion on spincasino.ca or spincasino.com. These may include:
- minimum deposit amounts;
- promo codes or opt-in requirements;
- maximum bonus amounts and time-limited availability.
- Eligibility: Some offers are available only to new Players, to specific provinces or territories, or to Users invited by direct communication. Ontario Players are subject to AGCO/iGO rules and may be presented with different or more limited promotions.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Playthrough: Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses and any winnings derived from them must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., deposit + bonus or bonus only) before they can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement is set out in the offer.
- Contribution of Games: Different Games may contribute differently (e.g., 100% for most slots, a lower percentage for some table or live games). In some cases, specific Games may be completely excluded from wagering.

Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse

- delaying Game rounds or manipulating bonus features;

- Consequences: In case of Bonus abuse or breach of promotional terms, the Operator may:

- close or suspend relevant Accounts; and
- report suspected fraudulent activity to regulators and competent authorities.
- Combining promotions: Unless explicitly allowed, Bonuses cannot be combined or "stacked". Only one active Bonus may be wagered at a time. Using one promotion to qualify for another without meeting the conditions may result in forfeiture.

- Responsible use of funds: You must only deposit funds that legally belong to you and originate from lawful sources. Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operators use certified random number generators (RNGs) and approved Game software, as required by the MGA and AGCO/iGO. Games and systems are periodically tested and certified by independent testing laboratories or auditors.
- Accuracy of results: The outcome of Games recorded on the Operator's servers is final and binding. In case of discrepancy between your device display and the Operator's records, the Operator's records shall prevail.
Exclusions of Liability

Maximum Liability
- Cap on compensation: Without prejudice to mandatory statutory rights, the maximum aggregate liability of an Operator to you arising out of any Bet, Game, Bonus or transaction shall not exceed the higher of:

- the amount actually standing to your real-money balance with that Operator at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property Rights

- Your obligations: You must ensure that the information you provide is accurate and current and must not misuse other Users' personal data. For detailed information on your rights and the Operators' data practices, consult the applicable privacy policy on the official site.
Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: spinpalace-win.ca and the Operators may modify these Terms and/or the Operators' own terms from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, technical or business changes.
- Notification: Material changes will be communicated by one or more of the following:
- posting an updated version of these Terms on spinpalace-win.ca;
- displaying a notice or banner when you next access the relevant site or log in to your Account; and/or
- sending an email to the address registered on your Account, where applicable.
- Acceptance of changes: Continued use of the Website or the Operator's services after changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the services and, where relevant, close your Account in accordance with the termination procedures.
Termination & Suspension
By the User
- Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time via the relevant official site or customer support. Subject to completion of required checks and applicable rules, the Operator will pay out any remaining real-money balance, excluding Bonuses and associated winnings that are not yet eligible for withdrawal.
- Self-exclusion: You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion. In Ontario, self-exclusion is also governed by AGCO/iGO programs. During self-exclusion, you must not attempt to open new Accounts or circumvent exclusion measures.
By the Operator
- Grounds for suspension or termination: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, and/or restrict access to spinpalace-win.ca, in cases including, but not limited to:
- breach of these Terms or the Operator's own terms;
- fraud, money laundering, collusion, chargebacks or other unlawful conduct;
- submission of false or misleading information;
- abuse of Bonuses or promotions;
- where required by law, regulator, court order or responsible-gambling obligations.
- Consequences: Upon termination:
- access to your Account and the Games may be disabled;
- any pending Bets may be voided or settled at the Operator's discretion, subject to regulatory requirements; and
- where lawful, the Operator will return any remaining real-money balance to you, after deducting any amounts owed and subject to investigations into fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- Notification: The Operator will endeavour to notify you of the reasons for suspension or termination, unless prohibited by law or regulatory instruction.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Ontario residents: For Users who reside in Ontario and use spincasino.ca:
- these Terms, together with the Operator's terms, are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein; and
- any disputes shall be subject to the oversight of AGCO/iGO and, where applicable, the competent courts or tribunals of Ontario.
- Rest of Canada: For Users who reside in Canada outside Ontario and use spincasino.com:
- these Terms, together with the Operator's terms, are governed by the laws of Malta, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your province or territory of residence; and
- you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta, subject always to rights granted by applicable Canadian law.
- Historical licences: Any historical relationship with the Kahnawake jurisdiction is no longer current and does not apply to services offered via spinpalace-win.ca as of 2026; operations are conducted under the MGA and AGCO/iGO licences referenced above.
- Dispute resolution and ADR: Before initiating court proceedings, you should use the Operator's internal complaint procedure and, for MGA-licensed operations, may escalate unresolved disputes to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution provider such as eCOGRA (see contact details below).
